No Meat November

We have created this menu to help our clients embrace more meals that are plant based. We strongly believe in the (many) health and athletic benefits. We want to prove to you that Vegan food tastes delicious! We challenge you to add one plant based meal per day to your week. It does not need to be a diet change that you jump into, instead take little steps over time to improve your health and performance. We are even bringing down the price this month to encourage you to try some.
